Return Policy

At SSU, we want to ensure all of our clients are completely satisfied with their order. Should you find yourself not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us right away to see how we can assist in finding a resolution.

For Shipped Goods: Items must be returned in unopened, original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use within 15 days. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.  Depending on product there may be a 10% restocking fee for items that are special ordered.

Please note, not all products are returnable or available for a full refund. Please contact us first to confirm if your product qualifies for a refund by calling 201.436.4200 or email us at sales@ssunlimited.biz.  Customized items, fire extinguishers and stands, all fall protection equipment including but not limited to harnesses, lanyards, hardhats, etc.,  packages with broken shrink wrapped packaging, select COVID-19 products such as sanitizers, face masks, etc. are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

For Shipped Goods: Items can be exchanged for another product plus or minus the difference in cost. Original item must be returned in unopened, original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use or the buyer will be held responsible for the full cost of the original item, within 15 days. Buyer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs for an exchange. Custom and special ordered items may not be exchanged. Depending on product there may be a 10% restocking fee for items that are special ordered.

Refund policy

Refunds will only be given if a product is returned if the original item has all original packaging and no signs of use. Please allow up to 7-10 business days to see a refund posted when utilizing credit or debit transactions. If an item was purchased cash, SSU can either give store credit or the original cash amount. SSU will not give a cash refund for a credit card purchase.
